The hours of operation are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm every day. Dogs and other pets are prohibited, but there is a dog park in another area.
- Burnt Cedar Beach
Located in Incline Village, this private beach is exclusively for use by residents of Incline Village and their guests. The beach is one of the favorite recreation spots, and features an Olympic swimming pool, spa, concession area, sandy beaches, a volleyball area on the sandy beach, rest rooms and more. Dogs and other pets are prohibited, but there is a dog park in another area.
- Sand Harbor State Park
Located south of Incline Village on Highway 28, this is the largest beach on the east shore of Lake Tahoe. Featuring delightful fine-grained sand, and boat launching, this beach area is popular for scuba diving and snorkeling. This beach is open to the public.
- Kings Beach
Located on Highway 28 in Kings Beach, California, which is about eight miles from Incline Village, this beach is open year-round. Known as the north shore's banana belt, the beach is known for ample sun from early morning until late in the day. Public boat launching is available here.
- D.L. Bliss State Park
Located in Rubicon Bay, California on Highway 89 along the west shore, about 40 miles from Incline Village, this beach is normally open from May or June through October. From such high points in this park as Rubicon Point, you can see 100 feet into the depths of Lake Tahoe.
